Chris was first licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2007 before being admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2011. For over eight years, he operated a successful solo practice where he focused on Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship. His approach is defined by personalized service, integrity, and a strong commitment to guiding clients through emotionally and legally complex situations.
Chris is also active in the legal community and has been recognized for his excellence in the field. His professional affiliations include the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, Northeast Tarrant County Bar Association, Collin County Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. In 2021, he was honored as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and was named among the Top 10 Family Law Attorneys by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys.
Outside the office, Chris is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife are raising a spirited two-year-old, with another child on the way. He enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and being actively involved in his local Catholic parish community.
With a passion for helping families navigate life’s most important transitions, Chris Hamm brings over a decade of dedicated legal experience to the firm. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Politics with a minor in History from Penn State University in 2001 and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007.
