With an extensive career spanning prestigious organizations such as Pepsi-Cola, Walmart, ExxonMobil, 7-Eleven, and the Jimenez Law Firm, Catherine has developed a deep expertise in operations, people management, and organizational development.

Prior to joining Jimenez Law Firm five years ago, Catherine held key leadership roles where she spearheaded operational efficiencies, workforce development, and strategic initiatives that fostered growth and innovation in both global and regional contexts.
